Hmmm. I just noticed that the following happened: 1. I noticed org-agenda-files was set in the custom-set-variables section of my .emacs. 2. I removed org-agenda-files from the custom-set-variables section of my .emacs. 3. I set org-agenda-files in the standard way (C-c [). 4. I notices that org-agenda-files was back in the custom-set-variables section of my .emacs.
