The following minimal example (emacs -Q) yields (key, t1c2, t2c2) as column names after #+call: table-operations-combine-merge[1] with org-master (release_8.3beta-686-g9528be); org-maint (release_8.2.10-29-g89a0ac) works as expected yielding (Col1, Col2, Col3).
