You can use the "file+headline"
thing like this:
(setq org-capture-templates (quote (
("t" "Groovy tune" entry (file+headline (concat org-directory
"/journal.org") "Tunes") "* Tune: %? \n")
;; more templates here
)))
I don't know how to choose the target headline interactively however.
