[O] Customize html formatting tags for export

Right now I see that =formatted= and ~formatted~ both produce 
<code>formatted</code> when exported to html. How can I change one of these, 
perhaps to a custom tag (in particular, I'm hoping to produce 
<kbd>formatted</kbd>)?
