Probably 'cause you havne't loaded org-inlinetask. Or you toggled org-indent-mode before. Perhaps org-inlinetasks should be "intelligently" loaded if it seems like an inlinetaks is present. -- Sådan en god dansk lagereddike kan man slet ikke bruge mere
