I'd be happy if instead of just clearing out inhibit-quit it would cause the
C-g to call the debugger.  After all, what I want in such cases is to get
the current backtrace so as to know where I'm stuck.  Currently, I resort
C debugging and xbacktrace which is pretty difficult when remote debugging
over email.
