This bug report will be sent to the Free Software Foundation, not to your local site managers! Please write in English if possible, because the Emacs maintainers usually do not have translators to read other languages for them.

Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug and the precise symptoms of the bug: If i get disconnected from the server, and i reconnect to the same channels, then i get to reuse my old buffers for those channels (and this is good). But...i can't reuse my old private chat buffers. it says "Process irc.freenode.net not running", even though it is (again).
