shell-command
gv de-refcard.ps &
shows the document bottom-up. Is there a reason for
this?
gv refcard.ps &
still explains Emacs version 21

Refcard utility itself seems not very present, which
is considered a pity.
`M-x apropos refcard' doesn't know about it. Couldn't
find an info-node either. Also the tutorial doesn't
mention it.
