Hard to say what is a severe problem. With the sample file (scroll.txt):
- Make the frame's height 30 lines.
- Visit scroll.txt
- Move point to eob.
- Scroll up to bob.
- Release the mouse button.
- Scroll down.
I can't get past line 46.
