mimencode

A method using mimencode will go wrong (it just has, for me, trying to 
send mimencode.exe itself) if the coded file contains a line ending 
with ////, as it will get confused with rcp.el's end marker.
Presumably that means the end marker should be changed to something 
else: has anyone any good ideas?
