rcp.el was waiting for a specific output from the shell; in this case
the shell prompt I think.  The `incomplete' means that rcp.el couldn't
find the right regexp.

Please make sure that shell-prompt-pattern matches the shell prompts
from all machines you connect to.  Does that help?
