Tramp doesn't parse that output, dired does.  See the variable
dired-move-to-filename-regexp.  You might be able to see the spot
where it expects a space and four digits for the year, as in ` 1999'.
If you allow four digits and a space, too, as in `1999 ', then Bob
should be your uncle.

A number of people running Emacs on AIX (maybe other Unices) have also
reported this problem when running dired natively.
