I have tried to install a fix for XEmacs/MULE.  Not sure if that
works, though.  XEmacs users, please step forward and test.

(The problem with the old version was that it used the `dos' coding
system which appears to be unknown in XEmacs, so I'm using
`undecided-dos' in those cases.)
