I forgot who was working on it, but I made this suggestion in #emacs on irc.freenode.net and someone started working on exporting plan pages to a single [[http://shared.snapgrid.com/gtd_tiddlywiki.html][GTD Tiddly Wiki]] page.
Still looks like a really good idea to me, but I lost track of who was playing around with the idea, and unfortunately I don't know enough lisp to pull this off yet.
