For me, I would want to cycle through all the open tasks in plan pages that begin with @, because I use a GTD type procees. I think this we be a great feature as well. As far as the goal of the tenmins script however, I think the goal is to look at every single 'next-action' or 'open task' for one minute each... then two minutes each. So that you can dash or sprint your way through all your tasks. Supposing that if you touch your tasks each day and force your way through a minute or two of work on it, it will get you unstuck and help you have a better picture of everything you need to do. So for this specific script, the time required to complete each task isn't required.
