How would one know whether tla >= 1.3.3 is required?  I'm running tla
1.3.2 on OS X and tla get of the above two branches _seemed_ to work
fine.

I'm crossing my fingers that this means I'm set if all I want to do is
tla replay.  Over the past few days I tried installing baz and tla and
multiple attempts have failed.
