Ah - (planner-calendar-insinuate) does 90% of what I'm looking for in a wiki calendar - I just needed a visual way to navigate among the planner pages, rather than viewing a calendar and then typing some numbers in a particular format. The other 10% is a link to a page for the ISO week, which I may be able to gin up separately after I learn more of the Big Picture.
