Well, to be fair, I use this on occasions to integrate with SpamAssassin (or I did). I have a folder named "sa-learn-spam" or something, and I have a bunch of messages that for some reason got through my spam filters, so I set that mailbox to be my trash (or junk folder) go through and delete (mark) all these emails. I don't have to manually drag them to the mailbox, just hit delete (or Shift-Command-J) and they go to the right place. On the server, there's a cron job that periodically checks that mailbox and runs sa-learn over it, tokenizing the message and adding it to the spam repository. Then I switch the Trash (or Junk) back to the real folder. Granted, it's an edge-case. -- Are you a lucky little lady in the city of light Or just another lost angel? _______________________________________________ [email protected] mailing list List help: http://lists.ranchero.com/listinfo.cgi/email-init-ranchero.com
