I HATE list names in the subject line. My mail actions set colors for my different lists and file them in various folders. Different strokes :) Michelle Steiner wrote me an Applescript to remove the [listname] from the subject line. Unfortunately I couldn't get it to work as part of a mail action, but perhaps it could be adapted to work in reverse (to add a [listname] to the subject line.) That might do what you want without disturbing the status quo for those of us who like things the way they are.
