For some (bad) reason, CE seems to use the system font's point size for pop-up menu contents, which happens to be 12 by default, but not the system font's face. So, as long as you choose a system font that looks good in 12 point like Chicago, there's no problem, but if you prefer something that requires 13 or 15 or else, CE will apply this size to it's Geneva menus.
