My response is, BYOS (Build your own solution). I have learned that for
my email client top be really useful, it needs to interface with my
contact manager. I hear Entourage does that but as I have not seen it
yet, I can't say more about that. I have been learning with first
FileMaker and now Panorama, that I can either pick up on others solutions
or forge ahead and learn stuff on my own. This learning also requires
learning applescript so it isn't an overnight process.

But, Some of the things that frustrate me the most about the Mac is that
it really isn't supported anywhere near as well for business solutions as
Windows is. Which is why I have set out to design my own PIM and which is
why I am creating my own email interface to my PIM.

Personally, I Love the new iMac and it's commercials are certainly
"cute". But, I would rather Apple focused on selling on going pragmatic
solutions. Not killing Emailer would be a good step in that direction.

My opinions.

Dave
