Yes, I am probably preaching to the choir here, or just musing... but, It never ceases to amaze me how much better the Mac platform is than Windows. Not just the lack of virus troubles, no little red circles with an x for illegal instruction, etc. Of course, I have had plenty of crashes and freezes on the Mac. But then, precious few troubles can't be managed my rebuilding the desktop, zapping the pram, and running Disk warrior on the directory. Sure, problems will happen on the Mac, but I know what to do about them. I have worked on Windows when working a contract job or consulting and rebooting while randomly hitting F-8 starts in "safe" mode. Other than that, I is stuck. And back to Emailer, I purchased Eudora last summer thinking I wanted a new, supported, and popular email platform to grow on. But it's (Eudora) really pointed at the PC market if you ask me. Eudora tech will not even admit an interest in someday making AppleScript functions that can be triggered by an email filter. TO protect us from viruses of course. Hey Eudora. Macs are NOT PC's. Sheesh.
