You don't, but someone who uses Windows and has you name and email 
address is their addressbook probably does. Klez fakes the return address 
of the email messages it sends, using another address in the infected 
computer's addressbook.

If you look at the long header for the "returned" message (Mail -> Show 
Long Headers) you can probably find the person who really sent the 
message and email them reporting apparent infection.

So far as I know, there are no Klez-type worms on the Mac.
