Based on reports, yes. However, some people appear to have problems with Emailer failing to unpack new messages until another round of email is picked up. But those that have reported this, it hasn't been ironed out if they are running 9.2.2 in classic, and what extension set, and if they are running 10.2.1 for X. But the best I can say is, give it a try and see.
