Exactly why is it you won't install Interarchy demo, drop on your system folder, the extensions "Interarchy Support" and "OT AutoPush Support" from "Extras/Mac OS 8 & 9 Extensions" and with email box empty, do a stream log for Outlook and one for Emailer and send the results to the list for analysis? It's *not* difficult, but make sure you have "separate windows" unchecked, in the "Show Traffic" window (On the Window menu).
