Wow. Three years and you're still tilting at that windmill.
LetterRip continues to be the appropriate choice here, not looking for an
ISP that will take your word on it that you're not a spammer.
That's an answer, by the way, that you were given way back when you first
started posting on the list, but it apparently fell on deaf ears. I don't
know why you don't just do it already and stop messing around with asking
ISPs for permission to send large e-mail lists manually.
And by the way, SB is hardly the only ISP that allows you to send out an
e-mail with 250 recips. Earthlink will, AT&T will, and your own GTE will.
But...LetterRip does it with appropriate list and precedence headers.
