Sounds like a job for FilemakerPro. Export the Emailer Addresses, then import them into FMP, along with the one you already have in there (Start with a DUPLICATE FMP file, in case you need to revert to previous saved version!)
FileMaker can weed out dup records based on any field or set of fields. I forget the exact method, but I seem to recall it was to "summarize" based on a certain field (email address or name). You need to sort by a certain field, so the summaries work, then you can print (if you want) & export. It is possible to hide the dup records this way so you can export all except the dups. If you need more help, Google for it, of let me know & I'll see if I can find an example to start from. FMP is quite capable.
