Emailer won't launch

Another Emailer launch problem: after installing a new hard drive (and reinstalling all my Classic apps from the backup I made beforehand) and upgrading to OSX 10.2.4 (I know--never make two changes at once!) my Claris Emailer won't launch. I get the error message (Error -2821, >>OTUtilityLib<<).

Any help?
