The error messages are from the Hotmail.com and other mail servers, balking at receiving the BCC's.

I at one time would get an error message in my Error logs when sending more than 25 out, but it would still send them (I believe what happened was that Emailer sent the second batch after it would get the error message from Earthlink's outgoing server). But more recently, I get no error messages/logs on it. On average, I'm forwarding to about 40 or so persons. The error messages I mentioned in my original post were about 7 out of these 40 that Hotmail rejected. > >You may want to look into bulk email software if you are sending lots of >these types of emails. No, this is just the occasional joke or interesting piece - I went to sending to all 40 because it saved time from my former method - one group (less than 25) for those I know from one organization, another (less than 25) that are my usual jokes group of friends, another group of people whom I know from churches here in town (also less than 25 persons total), etc. I would then file each separate email in its own folder. I decided to reduce the number of emails to file/archive and went to one email using my address book to Command-click just the ones who would find the particular email of interest. This would usually give me some 30-45 persons on the BCC'ed email. >I have a public domain bulk emailing tool on my web site. Thanks for the help, though. Maybe I will have to go back to using my specific lists and put them in their respective folders. The irony of this is that the spammers appear able to get past mail servers to get emails to me, but I can't get my email forwards to my friends.
