I know what you mean. I've been fielding aproximately 70-100 pieces of spam a day and it seems to be going up. I'm grateful my ISP has a fantastic spam filter built in. The filter checks for wording, flase reverse DNS lookups and a whole bunch of other things. Basicly I can wipe out almost 98% of the spam (even from places I've never heard from before) and I can check the messages in "Web Mail" via Netscape or MIE. I then have the option to let through those messages I want with a couple of mouse clicks and block almost all the others. With two more mouse clicks I then delete all of the captured spam.
You might check to see if your ISP offers something similar. Mine charges $2.00 extra for the service, but it's well worth it. >I think I bragged too much about not getting much spam.
