is there a (simple) way to convert the hole Adressbook from claris
emailer 2.x
to MAIL 1.2.5 (btw Adressbook 3.0.3) ?

There is an AppleScript in OS 10.2 called Import Addresses in the
Library→Scripts→Mail Scripts folder. Double click on the Import
Addresses file and follow the instructions - it's as simple as that.
