Spammers pull this crap all the time. They forge their return address to 
look like one of the people in their list of addresses. That way you get 
all the bounces and complaints. Also by doing this, they don't need to 
have an address to use as the return (some mail servers do a reverse 
lookup to make sure the sending domain is good before they accept an 
email).

Its just another thing that makes spammers the scum sucking dirt bags 
that they are.

There isn't much you can do about it. However, if you are seeing a number 
of these bounces, I would contact your ISP and let them know. This way 
you can point out that you did NOT send them and you are NOT spamming 
people. Otherwise you run the risk that one of the recipients complains 
and you suddenly find yourself with your account shut off.
