Same as last time, its a virus.

As a quick hint... if you get ANY email with an attachment, and the 
message doesn't make immediate sense to you, and you have to pause for 
even a moment to figure out what the attachment might be, who sent it, 
and why... you can be nearly 100% sure that it is a virus and should just 
be thrown out.
