You mean it doesn't retain the last place you put it like it does under OS 9? I think it does for me on my OS X computer. I've never really tried as on my OS X machine, I just leave it in the default top left corner, but my wife moves hers to allow room for her AIM buddy list, and I think hers automatically opens up shifted a bit to the right where she last left it. Make sure in your prefs that you have the option for restoring window positions set.
