Um... yeah. I know that happens, don't know why, or how to get around it. Its a problem with ResCompare (which is what made the patch) from the best of what I can tell. ResCompare is no longer supported, and emails to the author went unanswered. So I'm not sure what to suggest to get around it (it happened to me a few times when I was making the patches).
