I had to switch emailer to an OS X system when my Pismo broke this weekend.
I need to send out a 3.3MB attachement to a list of hundreds. I successfully sent a "split" version of the file to 30 users. When I add the full attachment to the new email, close the message and reopen it, the attachment name looks like it is made of kanji characters. My guess is either it is the .dsstore problem in a weird way, I cannot have more than X (100? 200?, etc) users in a send, I cannot attach a 3MB file under OS X, or something. I have tried sending it as a .dmg, and as a .SIT file. I am not compressing it. Ideas welcome. When a duck is feeling down he might just be happy.
