When I receive a word-document from a windows machine, my attachments (I had to reinstall my OS so everything has been mixed up) suddenly appear not as a regular word document but with an icon as a sheet of paper with an "A" omn it and the name is "=?utf etc etc". How can I bring this back to normal again?
