Regarding disk and database problems, I just found an old message that further 
convinces me not to use Norton Utilities. Those issues may have been fixed since the 
days of NDD 2 & 3 if they were Norton's fault, but if they were on Emailer's side we 
can't be sure.

I would avoid Norton products anyway. The maintenance/recovery apps I trust are Data 
Rescue, Disk Warrior and Drive 10. I have no opinion on the last TechTool. The 
antivirus from TT 3 proved inefficient the only time I met a virus and I found the 
rest of TT too bloated to try more.
