What version of AOL you're using won't affect how you receive attachments,
either in Emailer or AOL.

Launch AOL for Mac OS X and see if your Screen Names, Address Book (if any),
and Favorites moved over.

That's all there should be. Many Mac OS X applications come in this manner.
