I finally got around to opening up the SpamCop script and making the tweaks which have been suggested. It works great. However, there's one other behaviour I'd like to change: I pick up mail from five different accounts, some of which I normally send from (if I send through them at all) via webmail, because I haven't yet worked out how to send through them using Emailer. (In fact, some services don't have any method for authenticating me, so I *can't* send through those accounts, except via webmail.) So, what I'd like to set the script to do is send through one specific account, no matter which account the spam arrived on. Looking at the script, it seems doable, but I don't know the correct syntax to do that.
There's another issue which might not be managable via script. For a few months now, SpamCop has been complaining about extraneous carriage returns in the midst of long header lines. I've been having to edit the headers manually to remove those. Is there any way for a script to do this? It seems like a pretty complex function to parse headers. (My thanks, by the way, to all of you who have had a hand in making this script work.)
