I'm sort of lost on this. I have 10.3.9, or I should say my granddaughter has it and what is Tiger? I looked at the OS upgrades and it did not mention this.

It may. I also just do not recall because I have never let it do that - I
have always had the OS 9 System Folder and Applications (MacOS 9) folders
on a separate partition or drive. And it really doesn't matter because
unlike OS X one can successfully just drag and drop those two folders.
