Thanks Ken, but nope, I not only never compress attachments intentionally, but when I bring the mail item up, the "compress files" box is not at the moment checked.
I have created and sent out pdf's of other files and never had a problem with anyone else. Would this be an Apple Double thing where she has opened the one functioning file okay but thinks that the extra file is supposed to be something too - which I have heard can be confusing for some people - I just have no idea what Windows users get when an Apple Double attachment is sent.
