I don't believe there are currently any tools that read the raw database 
from Emailer. If I'm not mistaken, all of them extract the email using 
Applescripts.

I see no reason why you can't write an applescript to do the same to move 
the mail to 4D (assuming 4D supports Applescript... if not, grab the free 
Filemaker archiving tool, move them all to Filemaker, and then export 
them from filemaker in some format 4D can read)
