1. I've just switched CE to a new machine and somehow lost both Help and the dictionary. I'd assumed they were kept within the CE folder (which is where I keep the preferences file), but this obviously isn't so. Where do I look for them on the old machine?
2. I'm embarrassed to ask this (but not so embarrassed as to not ask): is there a way to tweak the CE icon so that it can hold it's head up high alongside it's high-res neighbours in the dock in OSX?
