>If the list is in Tex-Edit in text form (just a tab-deliminated column of >addresses), I can't really set the first one to BCC!
You misunderstand. In the Emailer mail window, in the address section, set the first line to BCC instead of To. Then drag your list of addresses into that address section's address column. All the addresses will be inserted and they will all be BCC. >What I can do with CE that I can't do with AddressBook (as far as I can >tell) is create a new Group in my address by simply dragging such a text >list into a new Group panel. (And then I would probably open a new mail, >click on the magnifying glass, choose the new group, select BCC and >voila, mail out to to a list of 180 that didn't exist 5 minutes before.) Right, I'm just saying you can skip the step of first creating the group in Emailer. Drag right to the address column in the address section of the email you want to send. See above for making them BCC. -chris <http://www.mythtech.net> ___________________________________________________________________________ To unsubscribe send a mail message with a SUBJECT line of "unsubscribe" to <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> or <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
