Outlook Express (for OS 9.x) and Entourage are the closest applications to Claris Emailer, I think. The interfaces are quite similar. A striking difference is that OE and Entourage keep the attachments attached to the email, not as a separate attachment. Therefore, if you receive an attachment in OE or Entourage, and then save that attachment as a separate file, you will still have the original attachment on the original email message (unless you Edit Message -> Delete Attachment). That has an upside in that the original attachment is still available.
