Go grab one of the patched versions of Emailer off my web site. I solved 
the % issue a while back, and Emailer will accept two @ signs in the 
account field. That should let you go back to using Emailer instead of 
Mail.

You can find the patched version at http://emailer.mythtech.net look in 
the Emailer App Mods folder, there are three versions. All 3 have the 
dual @ fix applied (all 3 are cumulative patches, dual @ is the 1st 
patch, so the 2nd that reversed the POP/SMTP order contains the 1st patch 
as well, and the 3rd that adds SMTP Authentication contains the 1st and 
2nd as well).
