What is the error you get when it crashes? (should give you an Error Type number). Can you be more specific about when the crash occurs? If you start Emailer and do nothing, will it just crash 30 seconds later? Are you doing anything right before it crashes? Checking mail perhaps? Or do you have some schedule set that is being triggered? Have you checked to see if you have any files in your Temp Incoming folder? You could have a bad file in there. Under Classic in OS X, the bad temp files don't always cause Emailer to crash, sometimes they are just ignored.
