Ellen,
It appears that Comcast or Dreamhost or someone is blocking your email. See
the content of the bounce message, below. "550 Blocked for abuse."
Whatever that means.
Perhaps someone is spoofing your ellenfletcher.net domain, and is sending
email as if it is coming from your domain.
I think you should call Comcast or Dreamhost or whatever company is your
host, and read them the full bounce message.
