Just curious, Mark, but how are you managing to run Emailer under 10.4.7 which doesn't support Classic? AFAIAA it wont dual boot into OS9. Maybe you are using Chris's ingenious Sheepshaving method which could well have odd consequences. If you are booting into OS9 from a separate partition then 10.4.7 should not affect it.
